Shipping policy

1.     Processing Time

Upon ordering, please allow 5 days from ordering to products being shipped.

2.     Delivery Locations

Orders are only available for shipping within Australia and New Zealand. Orders can be shipped internationally by requesting a shipping cost estimate via the contact for on the website.

3.     Delivery Options

Standard shipping and Express shipping and in-store pick up options are available. These options can be selected at checkout. Both options are flat rate for Australia and New Zealand.

4.     Damage in Transit

While we take care to ensure you order is packed securely using special book wrap packaging, there is always a chance that damage may be inflicted during transit. As this is out of our control, we are not liable for damage sustained because of shipping.
